Brighter Together
Connection, Creativity & Support for the Darker Months
As the days get shorter, many women find the winter months can feel heavier, more isolating, or more difficult emotionally. Brighter Together is a supportive morning designed to bring women together for connection, encouragement, practical resources, and creativity.
This event will include:
• Rita Jane, owner of Offline Connections, sharing ways to build meaningful connection with others
• Charlene Mayer, LMFT, offering information and resources related to depression and emotional wellness
• Artist Sophie Michaud, leading a creativity-based activity focused on working with depression through art and self-expression
Hosted by Patty McCalister, LMHC, this gathering is meant to be warm, welcoming, and supportive — a space to connect with others and feel a little less alone during the darker months.
